BoltWagon
BoltWagon is an EV charging platform with three sides. Drivers find and use chargers, station owners run their sites, and admins oversee the whole network.

The challenge
Drivers, station owners and admins need different things from the same product. The job was to give each group its own experience inside one platform.
Problem
Drivers, station owners, and admins each have different goals, creating a complex experience to manage across one platform.
Solution
A unified platform with tailored experiences for each user, making charging, operations, and management simpler.
The wireframes
I wireframed nine core flows before any high-fidelity work, including chargers, payments, analytics, issue tracking and settings.

Visual direction
A teal and charcoal palette, Inter type and a teal line icon set, built around the BoltWagon logo.

For drivers
Drivers filter a map by charging speed, connector and operator, plan routes and get notified about nearby chargers.

For station owners
Owners see revenue, utilization, uptime and peak demand for their stations, handle refunds and follow each repair as a technician works on it.

For admins
Admins see active stations, open issues, pending approvals and revenue on one dashboard, and reply to customers and technicians from a shared inbox.

UI components
A design system with the brand colors, a type scale and button components in every state, so the driver, owner and admin views stay consistent.
